Timewarp Arcade Hire Terms & Conditions

The contract is for the hire of equipment detailed on the invoice /contract.
All equipment hired remains the property of Timewarp Arcade Hire at all times.
Signature by the hirer on delivery of equipment confirms all items are in good working order and agrees to the terms & conditions.
The hirer accepts full responsibility for loss or theft of equipment hired, with full costs from the hirer to replace equipment.

The hirer accepts full responsibility for the safe use and security until equipment is collected by Timewarp Arcade Hire.
All booking deposits are non refundable.
Any equipment damaged at the hirers event will be paid in full by the hirer on the day of collection or by a date specified by Timewarp Arcade Hire.
If any damage or loss occurs during your event that exceeds the security deposit, the security deposit will not be refunded. This does not cancel the full cost to replace damaged or lost equipment.

All equipment is for indoor use only unless stated.
No food or drinks are allowed to be placed on machines.
No adhesive tape, silly string or balloons can be attached to the machines. This can damage the expensive artwork so this is not allowed.
The hirer must contact Timewarp Arcade Hire as soon as possible if any equipment becomes faulty.
